You begin to release
unnecessary tensions and come up to your full height
and stature, without effort. During the Alexander
Technique session you will perform simple daily
activities with hands on guidance such as sitting,
standing, walking and bending to improve your
co-ordination and balance.
A short course of sessions will help enhance your
self awareness and enable you to begin using the
Alexander Technique for yourself. As your overall
condition improves many specific symptoms such as
aches and pains start to disappear. There are no
time absorbing exercises. Sessions are around 40
minutes long. They are relaxing and calming yet
energising and informative.
An initial
introductory session

opportunity for you
to
discuss your
situation
and
discover how the
Alexander Technique
may
